Display Vehicles in the Chambersburg Mall

Race Week 2012

February 3-11

Please be advised that your vehicle will not be permitted to enter the mall until the following requirements have been satisfied.

1.                  A Hold Harmless Agreement (enclosed) must be signed by the owner of the vehicle.

2.                  Armor All or similar products with a silicon base are prohibited from being sprayed on any part of the vehicle, especially tires, either inside or outside the mall.  This makes the floor extremely slippery and you will be held liable for any slip and falls. *Vehicles found to have violated this policy will be banned from participating next year

     3.                  All vehicles must have carpet and/or cardboard under the tires and plastic under the engine/transmission.

     4.                  All vehicles will be positioned in the mall per the Manager’s discretion. All local and state fire codes will be enforced.

     5.                  Mall Management has the right to refuse a vehicle if they feel it would be an unsafe exhibit.

     6.                  Violations of any or all of the above will result in immediate removal from the mall and will result in legal action for collection of damages resulting from    

                 the violation.

     7.                  Batteries must be disconnected.

     8.                  No fuel leaks, any fuel leaks will require the vehicle being removed.
